We also have a cardio and weights room with various free
weights and benches, bikes,
cross-trainers, multi-gym, rowing machine and a tread-mill.
Why not visit our on site equipment shop. We sell all sorts
of boxing, kickboxing and thai boxing equipment, also training supplements, clothing and exercise equipment. If we do
not have what you want, we can order it in for you. We stock
Twins, Fairtex, Sandee, Blitz and also C.N.P training and nutrition supplements.
