Well done to our very own Alan Smith
who had his first full contact bout in widness. It was a hard fought contest resulting in a draw (very unlucky i thought)
both lads fought hard with courage and honour and i am extremely proud to be his trainer.

member Ian Longson. Ian is ranked 7th in britain at 69kg in the independent british rankings and
is an amazing kickboxer.
